By accessing the Competia website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our services, including strategic consulting, speaking, and courses, are initiated through formal service requests or signed proposals.

3. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy.

• Data Collection: We only collect information provided voluntarily via our Contact forms or Course Request forms.
• Use of Data: Your information is used strictly for communication, invoicing, and delivering requested services.
• Third Parties: We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our policy for event registrations and seminars is as follows:

• 14+ Business Days Notice: A full refund will be issued, less a CDN$ 200 administration charge (tax included). Cancellations must be received in writing.
• 7 to 13 Business Days Notice: An administration charge of 50% of the total registration fee will apply. Cancellations must be received in writing.
• Less than 7 Business Days Notice: No refund will be provided. However, a substitute delegate is always welcome to attend in your place at no additional charge.
• Competia Cancellations: If Competia is forced to cancel a seminar for any reason, our liability is limited strictly to the reimbursement of paid seminar fees.

Service pricing is provided via custom quotes or as listed on specific program descriptions. Payments are processed securely; please ensure your billing information is accurate to avoid service interruptions.
